Boussias' Event Awards 2025 at the InterContinental Athenaeum Athens is a show where timing is everything: rapid changeovers, pin-point cues, crystal-clear speech and a stage picture that commands the room. CONEQ Hellas delivered the full AV production (audio – video – lighting) and the technical direction of the show flow, ensuring a stable, predictable result at every single moment.

The challenge
The show flow has to be relentless, speeches must sound crystal-clear and the stage has to hold a consistent picture and atmosphere from the first cue to the last.
At the same time, the experience had to feel unified — from the foyer all the way to the ballroom stage.
Our approach
01 · Stage picture
We installed a P2.5 12x4m LED wall as the hero visual of the show — for dynamic branding and razor-sharp content readability from every seat in the ballroom.
02 · Sightlines
We rolled out vision mixing and delay screens in strategic positions so that the audience shared one unified viewing experience across the ballroom.
A dedicated podium display kept presenters and cues on the same page.
03 · Audio
The sound design prioritised speech (keynotes, award callouts), while transitions into music cues and DJ sets happened cleanly — no jumps or levels that would break the flow.
04 · Lighting & Branding
The lighting design lifted the stage and the room ambience, and we supported dedicated photospots for a professional photo-finish look.
In parallel, 4 LED posters at key positions carried the event branding from the foyer into the ballroom entrance.
